Question: How long does it take?: Answer:
The program is designed to be self-paced. It consists of 19 chapters for a total of 30 hours of required instruction. Sections are timed for this reason and also to ensure that a student has time to comprehend all the information presented to them. Our program is designed to work around a teen’s busy schedule. Question: How can I pay for the course?: Answer:
You can pay for the course two different ways, either by credit/debit card or by check/ money order. After you fill out the registration form, you will be linked to a completely secure payment page where you can pay quickly and effortlessly. The site is encrypted to make your on-line payment safe. The other way to pay for the course is to mail a check or money order. Payment must be received before the course is completed, or the certificate of completion will not be released.

Question: How do I register for this course?: Answer:

Question: I have already enrolled. How do I get back into the program?: Answer:
If you have already enrolled, you have a username and password. You may re-enter that information on our home page where instructed as many times as necessary to access and complete the program. If you have forgotten or lost your username or password, give us a call at (877) 439-2512.

Question: I just got knocked off line in the middle of a section. What do I do now?: Answer:
Don’t worry. Remember, as students complete each section of the course, their progress is logged and no data will be lost. Our website is unable to control any outside internet connection and inactivity on your part will not result in our system knocking you off line. Any activity requirements will be on the part of your internet service provider.

Question: Are there any special computer or download requirements to participate in the course?: Answer:
There are no videos to download in our program and no special requirements. If you are on this screen and on our website, you can enroll and complete the course without a problem.

Question: What happens if I fail the final? Can I take it again?: Answer:
Nobody is perfect. The final exam may be taken an unlimited number of times without having to pay any retake fees. We recognize that tests of any kind can be extremely stressful and nerve raking, especially for teens that have school, homework and many other issues on their plates. If a student does not pass the final exam, it’s not the end of the world; it’s an opportunity to do even better. A new final will appear on screen immediately and the student may try again. The goal of our program is to ensure that each graduate is prepared to become a safe driver and get on the road responsibly.

Question: When do I get my certificate of completion?: Answer:
Certificate of completion is issued when a student completes the online course and passes the final exam. Certificate of completion will then be sent to the student via USPS First Class Mail or expedited via FedEx.
